We've coined an acronym TAIT - Tempco Air Infiltration Treatment. This is a product we designed that we take high grade foam and caulking and seal around the whole exterior perimeter of the home. We encapsulate the exterior walls to seal up the house to make it energy efficient tight. We seal any penetrations that are coming from the outside such as water spouts, top plates, and other obstructions.
